We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager. Reporting to a Team Lead of our Share Registry Teams, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.

 

This role is to work in our IPO & Share Registry Business Unit under Greater China. Our IPO & Share Registry Business Unit have a 50% market share in the HK market acting as the Hong Kong Share Registrar for HKEX Listed Companies.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the team leader in providing top notch client service to companies listed in Hong Kong
  • Process share registration related duties in maintaining the register of members of listed clients
  • Giving advices on timing and logistic arrangement for corporate action assignments for listed clients
  • Support listed client’s General Meetings held in Hong Kong in handling shareholders’ registration and vote counting
  • Carry out any other duties / projects that may from time to time to be assigned

Key requirements:

 

  • At least 4 years’ relevant experience in Share Registry or Securities Industry
  • Prior experience in Securities Industry is preferable but not essential
  • Holder of Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • A member / student member of HKCGI is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Computer literate
