Assistant Manager, Regulatory Advisory

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, Regulatory Advisory. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this full time and permanent position is based in Shanghai.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently completed ODI filing/Document No. 37/Document No. 7 project consultation and execution 独立完成ODI备案/37号文/7号文项目咨询及执行
• Assist superiors in business negotiations, market expansion, and business presentations协助上级进行业务谈判，市场拓展与业务宣讲
• Regularly provide business training and guidance to team members定期对团队成员进行业务培训与指导
• Regularly collect/update/interpret new policies in the industry定期收集/更新/解读业界新政策
• Assist in other tasks related to overseas business协助完成与出海业务相关的其他工作
• Other tasks assigned by the manager 由上级指派的其他工作

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in law or related majors, with priority given to obtaining a lawyer's practice qualification certificate法学或相关专业本科及以上学历，取得律师执业资格证优先考虑
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience具有5年及以上相关工作经验
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills优秀的英语听说读写能力
• Priority should be given to those with a background in well-known law firms or related consulting firms知名律所或相关咨询公司从业背景优先考虑
