We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, Employer Solutions, reporting to the Manager, Employer Solutions, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Key Account Management

  • Support the Manager to review the key account performance and identify the business opportunities.
  • Support the Manager to formulate the cross-sell/upsell plan and prepare the marketing materials for client meeting.
  • Assistant to prepare the relevant key account report for business analysis.
  • Work closely with deliverable team to solve client issues and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Achieve the business goal and financial objectives of the department.
  • Support Seniors on drafting proposal, fee quotation and service agreement for potential client.
  • To build and maintain a professional long-term relationship with internal & external clients.
  • Satisfy any other specific requirements of clients.

 

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Support on day-to-day payroll operation from monthly payroll calculations, final payment calculation, MPF/ORSO administration, issuance of pay slip to payroll system maintenance.
  • In charge for payment instruction (cheque issuance/bank transfer) for payroll and MPF contribution.
  • Review payroll reports and MPF remittance statements
  • Assist in payroll trust account set up for clients.
  • Prepare various reports to fulfil clients’ business objective.
  • Participate in the set up for new payroll clients.
  • Handle various employer’s returns.
  • In charge of enrolment/termination of employees’ compensation and medical/dental insurances for new hires/leavers of clients
  • Ensure compliance with statutory payment and reporting requirements in MPF and tax.
  • Assist in employment visa applications for clients.
  • Assist in collection and checking of the KYC onboarding documentation.

 

Other

  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor / seniors.

 

Key requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Studies or Human Resources Management
  • Experience with sizeable professional firm is a definite advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll or HR administration
  • Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations is preferred.
  • Proficient in various HRIS system is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to multi-task.
  • Must be meticulous, diligent, attention to details.
  • Able to work and achieve under tight timeline.
  • Well versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese; Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
