We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, Client Acceptance. Reporting to the Head of Client Acceptance, Private Clients Asia, this full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary scope of assisting new business onboarding at Business Development (BD) and effective transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM)
- Assist BD in communicating and liaising with intermediaries/clients for onboarding purposes
- Engagement with 2 significant counterparts of
- TRM to effect smooth transition of PW solutions’ life cycle from onboarding to TRM; and
- Compliance to ensure that commercial activities and new business onboarding comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies and standards
- Managing end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust, including:
- Initial invoicing and fee recognition
- Review KYC information and documents for new client/intermediary onboarding purpose
- Prepare and review Trust establishment documents
- Incorporate or transfer Trust underlying company (ies)
- Ensure necessary company and regulatory filings are completed
- Ensure Trust documents are saved in data system
- Assist in initial opening bank accounts
- Assemble Trust kits for clients
- Prepare handover of structures to TRM team
- Co-ordinating and assisting in marketing activities / seminars
- Assist in assembling and maintaining of marketing materials
- Assist in preparation of regular or ad-hoc Group or Regional business reports
- Conduct ad hoc trainings to Shared Service Center
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Finance
- STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage
- 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience
- Organized, meticulous, pro-active
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong relationship management skills
- Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
- Knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime
