We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Application Consultant. Reporting to Project Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our compliance department and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• To implement complete product line based on customer needs/requirements.
• To analyze and document customer needs/requirements for a complete product line.
• To work with other consultants, project managers and customers to develop innovated solutions that meets the requirements.
• To participate in systems design.
• To provide support, guidance and training to customer.
• To conduct testing on deliverables.
• To provide post-implementation system supports.
• To evaluate system and enhancements, including trouble-shooting.
• To prepare systems and user documentations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
• Good command in English, both spoken and written.
• Possess good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• He/she must also be a very patient person as the job would involve customer service.
• Fresh graduates in IT & software are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge in Microsoft SQL would be an added advantage.
• Have background in ERP & HRM would be an added advantage.
